We’re always looking for confident, high-energy women to join our sisterhood. Whether you’ve got years of dance experience or just a love for country music and performing, there’s a place for you here. The Dirt Darlins are more than a dance team—we’re a family. We represent grit, grace, and a whole lot of sass. We perform at rodeos, fairs, car shows, and country events across the Pacific Northwest, bringing crowd-pleasing energy everywhere we go.

What to Expect

Practices: Weekly rehearsals in Clackamas County

Events: We perform 1-3 times per month during the season

Extras: Photoshoots, team bonding events, and opportunities to shine on social media and beyond!
